Highest Honor to Bill Kirkpatrick
El Dorado, Kan. - Bill Kirkpatrick received the highest distinction from the Rotary Club as he was named a Paul Harris Fellow. The fellowship is in honor of Paul Harris, who founded Rotary in 1905 with three businesses in Chicago. Kirkpatrick will join 32 other El Dorado Rotary members who have by given this honor. The first El Dorado Paul Harris Fellowship was given out in 1975, and there are currently 14 active members. From The El Dorado Times, Nov. 4, 2008
