Safety at the Rotary Meeting this week, Wed. Aug 26

Fellow Rotarians, Christy Streeter, the Associate Dean of Butler’s Health Sciences, Education and Public Safety Division (HEP) will present our program. The HEP Division has us well covered and I feel better already because of it. Should be quite interesting. Kim Krull is the Rotarian of the Day (ROD) – but she is out of town so you will have to listen to me do the introductions… Speech note: Introductions should always be much longer than conclusions. Do you know why? Answers tomorrow. See you in the Welcome Center for lunch. Regards, Jay Moorman

Fellow Rotarians, Roger Cutsinger will be speaking about the “ History of Surveying .” How did those property lines get where they are and can I build a wall here?! The Great Wall of China was built to keep the Mongol hordes out – didn’t work. And why can’t I see the Wall from space? Did they survey ahead of time? Bert Anderson is the Rotarian of the Day (ROD) See you in the usual place for lunch. Regards, Jay Moorman
