ROTARY Double Recognition Extended through 2/24/11
Due to the enthusiastic support of Rotarians, The Rotary Foundation will extend the double Paul Harris Fellow recognition incentive to the end of the day on 24 February (23:59 in your local time zone). The incentive is for online contributions of US$100 or more to the Annual Programs Fund.
Thank you to all Rotarians who celebrated Rotary's 106th birthday with a generous online contribution to the Annual Programs Fund. The double Paul Harris Fellow recognition promotion has been an overwhelming success. According to preliminary reports, Rotarians have donated nearly $2 million so far through the double Paul Harris Fellow recognition incentive.
Due to increased web traffic, some Rotarians may have been unable to access the website or experienced significant delays on 23 February. Rotary International apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused. We assure you that all applicable donations either completed or attempted during that time will be honored and will receive double recognition points.
These contributions will help make a difference in the lives of the thousands of people who benefit every year from humanitarian projects funded through the Foundation.
