At our meeting on Wednesday, Mike Smith of Weather Data Services will present a new program: CSI Meterology - The Phantom Crashes. We first heard Mike last August talking about tornados, in particular the El Dorado tornado. He was one of the best presentors we've ever had, and I'd encourage you to invite family, or potential members to come hear him speak.

I am sending this early but wanted you all to have the information. You may want to bring a guest. This week’s Rotary program is Brian Stucky, from Goessel, Kansas. Brian’s area of expertise is in pioneer trails in central Kansas. He was invited in August 2012 to speak to the National Convention of the Oregon-California Trails Association . He has done research on the Cherokee trail that came through El Dorado and will be telling us about the early trails and beginnings of El Dorado . Dynamic Discs presents at Nov. 16 meeting

Dear Rotarians, Join us this week to welcome our newest member Ashley Sandstrum as she is inducted into Rotary. Last week we heard from Annette Gurney (Badway) from the US Attorney’s Office. She had some pretty interesting case pictures that she shared with us. This week: Dixon Jowers with Dynamic Discs will be here. They are the designer for the course.
