Last week we heard from Kim Fross, Pregnancy and Family Resource Center. Kim gave us a very heartfelt message of all the good things PFRC is doing for those in and around our community. Visit their newly opened Boutique to help support their training efforts.

I am sending this early but wanted you all to have the information. You may want to bring a guest. This week’s Rotary program is Brian Stucky, from Goessel, Kansas. Brian’s area of expertise is in pioneer trails in central Kansas. He was invited in August 2012 to speak to the National Convention of the Oregon-California Trails Association . He has done research on the Cherokee trail that came through El Dorado and will be telling us about the early trails and beginnings of El Dorado . He is also the author of "Hallowed Hardwood; Vintage Basketball Gyms of Kansas." Bernie Spradling b1spradling@sbcglobal.net

Dynamic Discs presents at Nov. 16 meeting

Dear Rotarians, Join us this week to welcome our newest member Ashley Sandstrum as she is inducted into Rotary. Last week we heard from Annette Gurney (Badway) from the US Attorney’s Office. She had some pretty interesting case pictures that she shared with us. This week: Dixon Jowers with Dynamic Discs will be here. They are the designer for the course.
