Meet at Prairie Trails on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016

Dear Rotarians,

This week: We are having our meeting at Prairie Trails. We will take care of any usual business and then have Santa on-site for our program. So far I have not received much feedback with regards to kiddos attending the meeting. If we can get a count by the end of tomorrow that would be helpful. If you are bringing a child you will be responsible for wrapping a book and getting it to myself or John Grange before the meeting. I think we will go ahead regardless of attendance but we really need some participation to make it worthwhile for Santa.

I am sending this early but wanted you all to have the information. You may want to bring a guest. This week’s Rotary program is Brian Stucky, from Goessel, Kansas. Brian’s area of expertise is in pioneer trails in central Kansas. He was invited in August 2012 to speak to the National Convention of the Oregon-California Trails Association . He has done research on the Cherokee trail that came through El Dorado and will be telling us about the early trails and beginnings of El Dorado . Dynamic Discs presents at Nov. 16 meeting

Dear Rotarians, Join us this week to welcome our newest member Ashley Sandstrum as she is inducted into Rotary. Last week we heard from Annette Gurney (Badway) from the US Attorney’s Office. She had some pretty interesting case pictures that she shared with us. This week: Dixon Jowers with Dynamic Discs will be here. They are the designer for the course.
