Meet at the Museum this Wednesday, Oct. 31

Happy Monday!

We're going on another "field trip" this week! We will meet at the Kansas Oil Museum, 383 E Central. Our program will be Ardath Lawson from the Oil Museum. She will give us a (virtual) Tour and History of the Belle Vista Cemetery! I would LOVE to actually tour the cemetery, being it will be Halloween, but as of 12:42pm today the forecast for Wednesday is high of 59, cloudy, and 10-15 MPH winds...



I'm looking forward to seeing everyone! Feel free to wear your Halloween costume ;)

I am sending this early but wanted you all to have the information. You may want to bring a guest. This week’s Rotary program is Brian Stucky, from Goessel, Kansas. Brian’s area of expertise is in pioneer trails in central Kansas. He was invited in August 2012 to speak to the National Convention of the Oregon-California Trails Association . He has done research on the Cherokee trail that came through El Dorado and will be telling us about the early trails and beginnings of El Dorado . Dynamic Discs presents at Nov. 16 meeting

Dear Rotarians, Join us this week to welcome our newest member Ashley Sandstrum as she is inducted into Rotary. Last week we heard from Annette Gurney (Badway) from the US Attorney’s Office. She had some pretty interesting case pictures that she shared with us. This week: Dixon Jowers with Dynamic Discs will be here. They are the designer for the course.
